Denisse is a prominent corporate executive and speaker at numerous events. Throughout her 18-year career she has led organizational changes in the technology, retail, telecommunications and energy industries, taking as a hallmark the transformation of the business through the management of culture and leadership of the company. She has been invited as a speaker to several business and human resources events to expose about digital transformation, future of work and diversity management (Expo Capital Humano 2017, O'Higgins Business Meeting, Summit Laboratoria, among others).


She is currently Director of Personnel Management at Microsoft Chile, previously held executive positions at Falabella Retail, Telefonica and Enap. She is a member of the directory of the Circle of Human Resource Executives (, is a mentor in Woom Up and is a columnist for the platform on new trends in human resources in the digital age.
